What are the postage charges? Is postage included in the prices?UK ORDERS – £2 to cover packing and 2nd Class postage inside the UK will be added when completing checkout.
ORDERS OUTSIDE THE UK – For orders outside the UK there is a additional £2.35 charge (including VAT) to cover overseas postage. This is automatically added when you use the shopping cart. Make sure you uncheck the box which says ‘this order will be shipped inside the United Kingdom’ or the delivery charge will not be added and you will have to make a seperate paypal payment to make up the shortfall before we can ship your order.
I don't have a PayPal account, can I still purchase?If you have a credit card you can simply pay through PayPal without needing an account, in much the same way you would purchase any goods with your credit card online.

How long will my order take to arrive?We do try and ship orders as soon as we receive them but please allow 28 days for your order to arrive with you. If it has not arrived within this time please email us.
Do you send items via registered post?If you are concerned about the postal service local to you and require us to ship the order using a registered postal service with proof of delivery, please email orders@mithras.org.uk as we cannot take responsibility for orders ‘lost in the post’ due to fraudulent claims.
