What are the postage charges? Is postage included in the prices?
UK ORDERS – Postage and Packing is included
in all prices. ORDERS OUTSIDE THE UK – For
orders outside the UK there is a additional charge specified on each item
(including VAT) to cover overseas postage and
packing. This is automatically added when you select the destination country
in the shopping cart.
I don't have a PayPal account, can I still purchase?
If you have a credit card you can simply pay through PayPal without needing
an account, in much the same way you would purchase any goods with your
credit card online. If you do not have a credit card please email orders@mithras.org.uk
We do accept cash payments in GBP (UK POUNDS) only, but we will not accept
responsibility for money lost in the post and will not ship your order if
we do not receive the money. We suggest sending all cash payments very well
hidden (at your own risk) to Mithras, PO BOX 3958, Rugby, CV21 9AJ, UK.
The payment must take into account the extra postage charges for reaching
our country (which are shown before completing the checkout), if in doubt
email orders@mithras.org.uk
How long will my order take to arrive?
We do try and ship orders out as soon as we receive them but please allow
28 days for your order to arrive with you. If it has not arrived within
this time please email us.
Do you send items via registered post?
If you are concerned about the postal service local to you and require
us to ship the order using a registered postal service with proof of delivery,
please email orders@mithras.org.uk as we cannot take responsibility for
orders ‘lost in the post’ due to fraudulent claims.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular
account payments all through PayPal.
How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments,
